About RV Organica

Essential oil manufacturer in India

Steam distillation is how we make most of our essential oils. Plant material gets loaded into stainless steel vessels, we push steam through it, the vapor travels into a condenser, and when it cools down the oil floats on top of the water. That water underneath is the hydrosol. We sell both as separate products.

One thing we had to learn early on is that you cannot rush distillation. We tried once with a lavender batch and the linalool content came out way below standard. Flat smell. Weak oil. Total waste. Eucalyptus is even trickier. Push the temperature too high and you get this harsh camphorous note that makes the oil unusable for anything therapeutic. So yeah, we are very particular about temperature and pressure now.

The catalogue has lavender, tea tree, eucalyptus, rosemary, lemongrass, peppermint, and all the common ones. But we also keep oils that are harder to source: blue lotus, nagarmotha, champaca, osmanthus, halmaddi, oud, vetiver. Most essential oil suppliers in India do not bother stocking these because the demand is niche. We do, because our B2B clients keep asking.

About RV Organica

Most people know us as RV Organica. That is our brand. The company on paper is RV International, registered on May 13, 2024, in Panipat, Haryana. We make essential oils, carrier oils, fragrance oils, hydrosols, soap bases, body butters, massage oils, waxes, and a whole list of raw materials that end up in cosmetic and personal care products.

Two types of people buy from us. Regular customers who order from the website for their own use or some small home project. And then businesses and brands who buy in bulk because they need stock for their product lines. The oils are the same either way. Same facility, same batch testing.

Carrier oil and cold pressed oil supplier

All our carrier oils are cold pressed. That means no heat during extraction, no solvents, no chemical refining afterwards. The seeds or nuts go into a mechanical press and the oil comes out. We filter it. Done.

The difference between cold pressed and refined is obvious if you put them side by side. Take our Jamaican black castor oil. It is dark, thick, and has a roasted smell. The refined version you find at most stores is pale, thin, and barely smells like anything. Same plant, completely different product. Our golden jojoba, virgin coconut oil, argan, moringa, and sesame oils have that same kind of difference.

We keep a wide variety in stock. Sweet almond, castor, argan, sea buckthorn, batana, tamanu, grapeseed, avocado, kumkumadi, neem, bhringraj, and plenty of others. Formulators use these for skincare serums, hair oil blends, body massage bases, and Ayurvedic preparations.

Fragrance oil for candles, soap, and agarbatti

This is actually our largest product category by sheer number of variants. We blend all fragrance oils in-house, and each one is designed for a particular end use. Candle wax behaves differently from soap base which behaves differently from agarbatti masala. A fragrance that smells great in a candle might fall completely flat in a cold process soap. So we test and adjust for each application.

Everything we sell here is IFRA-compliant, phthalate-free, and vegan. Before any new fragrance goes into the catalogue, we check scent throw, compatibility with the intended base, and skin safety. One of our candle-making clients once told us a particular fragrance was losing its throw above 60 degrees in soy wax. We pulled it, reformulated, and sent a new version within the week.

Some of our popular ones: kesar chandan, gojara, denim, oudh twist, royal rose, geeli mitti, tobacco vanilla, lavender green tea. We also run application-specific lines. Soap fragrances, detergent fragrances, agarbatti fragrances. Each one tuned for that specific manufacturing process.

Melt and pour soap base and soap making supplies

We stock a full range of melt and pour soap bases. Ultra white, extra clear, transparent, charcoal, goat milk, shea butter, aloe vera, oatmeal, neem tulsi, red wine, coffee, turmeric, and a bunch more. They melt clean, hold fragrance well, take colorants without issues, and lather nicely.

Soap makers can also get their fragrances, liquid colors, silicone molds, and dried flowers from us in the same order. Rose petals, lavender buds, chamomile, hibiscus. One place for everything you need to go from raw material to a finished soap bar. That was the whole idea behind stocking this range.

Body massage oil and body butter collection

Our massage oils come pre-blended and ready to use straight out of the bottle. Coconut massage oil, lavender massage oil, almond massage oil, sesame, romance blend, and around twenty others. We also do some niche formulations that tend to sell well through private label: anti-cellulite, fat burning, and mother's body massage oil.

On the butter side, we carry shea, cocoa, kokum, mango, and flavored variants like lavender, rose, turmeric, avocado. A lot of skincare brands come to us specifically for body butters because they want to private label their own line and we handle the entire production and packaging for them.

Floral water and hydrosol range

Whenever we distill an essential oil, we collect the hydrosol too. Rose floral water, lavender hydrosol, peppermint floral water, tea tree hydrosol , frankincense, cucumber, and several others. They are milder than essential oils, which makes them popular as facial toners, hair mists, and base ingredients in natural skincare. Formulators who work with sensitive-skin products tend to prefer hydrosols over essential oils for that reason.

Candle wax, beeswax, and emulsifying wax

For candle makers and cosmetic formulators we carry soy wax flakes, yellow beeswax pellets, white beeswax pellets, white beeswax blocks, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, and emulsifying wax. Plus candle dye colors, candle molds, and candle-specific fragrance oils. If you are starting a candle business or already running one, we can ship the wax, fragrance, color, and molds together in one go. Saves you the headache of managing four different suppliers.

Private label essential oil and OEM manufacturing

A big chunk of what RV International, Panipat does on a daily basis is contract manufacturing. Brands come to us when they need essential oils, hair oils, carrier oils, massage blends, or other personal care stuff produced under their own label. We take care of formulation, filling, labeling, packaging. Start to finish.

Packaging options include amber glass bottles, clear glass bottles, amber jars, and pump bottles. Our team handles the labeling in-house. If you have your artwork files ready, send them over. If you need help putting a label design together, we can sort that out too.

Our private label clients are a mixed bunch. Small D2C brands launching their very first product. Ayurvedic companies adding new SKUs to their line. Salon and spa chains that want house-branded oils. Candle businesses ordering custom-scented wax products. Minimum order on the bulk and private label side starts at 5 kg.

GC-MS testing and quality control

Every essential oil batch goes through GC-MS. For those unfamiliar, the gas chromatograph breaks the oil down into its individual chemical components and the mass spectrometer identifies each one with its percentage. That is the standard way to verify what is actually inside a bottle. Diluted lavender with synthetic linalool? GC-MS catches it. Eucalyptus stretched with cheaper camphor oil? Shows up right there on the report.

Before we even get to the GC-MS stage, our team does organoleptic checks. They open the container, smell it, look at the color, check the viscosity, and compare it with reference samples we keep on hand. We also take refractive index and specific gravity readings. Quick screening steps that flag the obvious problems early. Had a peppermint batch once where the menthol came in low on the GC-MS. We rejected the entire lot and went back to the supplier.

If you are a formulator or a brand and you need COA reports or GC-MS data for a specific batch, just email info@rvorganica.com. We will send it over.

RV Organica certifications

RV International holds seven certifications from Euroglobe Registrars, London, UK. All of them were issued in June 2024 and stay valid through June 2027.

ISO 9001:2015, that is Quality Management. ISO 22000:2018 for Food Safety Management. FDA compliance. HACCP. Halal. Kosher. And WHO-GMP.

The scope on all seven is the same: manufacturer and exporter of natural essential oils, carrier oils, spice oils, aromatherapy oils, herbal extracts, fragrance oils, and allied products.

Our facility in Panipat

We are on Leha Road in Nimbri, opposite Sudhanshu Maharaj Ashram, near Shiv Mandir. Panipat, Haryana, 132103. The place has an R&D lab where we handle formulation and batch testing. Production side has bottle filling, capping, labeling, shrink wrap, and barcode printing setups. Everything from raw oil processing to sealed-and-labeled final product happens here.

We keep storage temperature-controlled because essential oils go bad in heat and light. Amber glass containers and stainless steel drums for bulk. Finished orders get packed in food-grade containers that do not leak. We have had zero transit damage complaints so far, and we want to keep it that way.
