The White Beeswax Pellets Candle Making Kit includes 250 g of white beeswax pellets, two candle fragrance oils, two wax colours, dried flowers, wick, a silicone mould and tools. White beeswax is a neutral base that shows pastel and bright colours truly, and the pellets melt quickly and evenly at about 62 to 64 °C. It suits designer, wedding and festive candles.
A White Beeswax Pellets Candle Making Kit is a starter set built around white beeswax in pellet form, a lighter, more neutral version of natural beeswax that takes colour more cleanly than yellow beeswax. RV Organica's kit includes 250 g of white beeswax pellets, two 10 ml candle fragrance oils, two 10 ml candle wax colours, 10 g of dried flowers, a 2 metre roll of pre-waxed cotton wick, a silicone candle mould, a spatula, a dropper and a pair of gloves, packed at our facility in Nimbri, Panipat, Haryana.
White beeswax starts as natural yellow beeswax and is lightened to remove most of its golden colour and much of its honey aroma. That gives you a cleaner, more neutral base. It keeps beeswax's firmness and slow burn but lets your chosen colours and fragrances show through more clearly. If you love the look and scent of raw honeycomb wax, the yellow version suits you better, while white is the pick for designer and pastel candles.
Pellets are small, even pieces, so they melt faster and more evenly than a solid block. They are also easy to weigh, which matters when you are measuring fragrance and colour against wax weight. For a beginner, that means less waiting, less stirring and more consistent results. If you prefer a block for larger batches, we also make a White Beeswax Candle Making Kit with block wax.
You get the wax, two fragrances, two colours, dried flowers, wick, a silicone mould and the handling tools in one box. Melt the pellets over a water bath, stirring with the spatula, then let the wax cool slightly before adding fragrance and colour with the dropper. Set a length of wick in the centre of the mould, pour steadily, decorate the top with dried flowers, and leave it to set completely. Trim the wick to roughly 6 mm before the first burn.
Beeswax melts at around 62 to 64 °C, and common candle temperature guides recommend pouring it at about 68 to 74 °C. Because beeswax is dense, it is usually scented at the lower end of the typical 6 to 10 percent fragrance load used for candles. White beeswax has a fainter natural aroma than yellow, so the added scent comes through more clearly. Choose oils from our candle fragrance oils, which fall under IFRA Category 12 for candles as set by the International Fragrance Association.
Because the base is pale, pastels, bright pinks, blues and greens all come out truer than they would in yellow wax. Add colour drop by drop and test a small amount on a white saucer before colouring the whole batch. Our candle dye range has more shades once you want to build a wider palette, and the dried flowers from our herbal dry flower collection pair well with pale candles.
Yes. White beeswax candles in soft colours are popular as wedding favours, return gifts and festive hampers. Use the kit to settle your recipe, then scale up with bulk wax and more shapes from our candle moulds. Keep notes of your wax, scent and colour amounts so every batch you sell looks the same.
Melt wax only over a water bath, never on a direct flame, and never leave it unattended. Wear gloves, keep fragrance oils and colours away from children and pets, and do not apply fragrance oil to skin. Burn finished candles on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts and anything flammable.
Is white beeswax still natural?
White beeswax is still beeswax; it has been processed to lighten its colour. If you want completely unprocessed wax, choose yellow beeswax instead.
Can I mix white beeswax with soy wax?
Yes. Many makers blend beeswax with soy to balance firmness and scent throw. Test small batches first, because the blend changes how the wax sets and releases from the mould.
Why are my colours paler than expected?
Beeswax is slightly translucent when hot and turns opaque as it sets, so colours lighten as the candle cools. Test a few drops on a saucer and let it harden before judging the final shade.
